The Student Success and Outreach (SSO) staff is committed to helping SU students leverage the skills and communities they hold to craft an experience that fulfills their definition of success. Graduate coordinators report directly to the Senior Director of Student Engagement and are responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily operations of one collegium

• Facilitate the hiring and mentorship of four to five work-study students

• Create monthly timetables, and salary sheets for staff members

• Promote SSO programs across campus and to potential new students

• Develop events and activities to collegium members

• Write quarterly updates for the university newsletter
